How to contact us
Send complaints or support requests through the Ting contact form with your name, email used at checkout, product name, Paymob transaction reference if available, and a clear description of the issue.
For website or chatbot issues, include the page URL, approximate time, browser, and screenshots if useful.
How Ting reviews complaints
Ting reviews the request, checks account and payment records where relevant, and responds with the next action. For marketplace delivery issues, the priority is restoring confirmed access.
Payment issues may require coordination with Paymob or the user's bank, so resolution time can depend on third-party records.
Abuse and security reports
Security concerns, suspicious payment activity, account access issues, or misuse of Ting products should be reported immediately through the Ting contact form.
