How Ting handles personal information.

Information we collect

We may collect name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, job title, company name, company size, location, request type, challenge details, purchase records, product access history, and messages sent through Ting AI or contact forms.

When you sign in with Google, Supabase may provide account identifiers and email information needed to authenticate you and connect purchases to your account.

Payments and checkout

Paymob processes payment information. Ting receives payment status, transaction identifiers, order identifiers, billing fields needed for payment confirmation, and purchase records. Ting does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process marketplace purchases, provide digital delivery, respond to requests, route leads in the CRM, improve the website and Ting AI, detect abuse, maintain security, and keep business records.

We may use contact information to follow up about a request you submitted or a purchase issue. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses necessary cookies for Supabase authentication, checkout routing, session handling, and security. Ting AI may use browser storage to remember conversation state and avoid losing context.

If analytics, CRM tracking, or marketing tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies to understand website performance and lead source attribution.

If you consent and submit an enquiry after visiting a Ting article in the same tab, we may associate the enquiry with that article and its published revision. This association uses temporary in-memory information for up to 15 minutes, not tracking cookies or browser storage. It is saved only with a consented enquiry and does not verify which search engine referred you.

Free resources from our videos

To unlock a free tool or blueprint from a Ting video, you can sign in with Google or ask for a one-time sign-in code by email. The code is sent from noreply@tingsaudi.com, expires after a short time, and your email address is used to sign you in and to give you access to the resources you unlock. That address cannot receive replies.

To stop automated abuse of the code form, we keep short sending logs that store a one-way hash of the email address and of the network address (not the addresses themselves), the email domain and the result of each attempt, and we limit how many codes can be requested.

When you unlock a resource we keep a member record with your name and email, the role you choose, any optional company details you choose to add, your consent and when you gave it, which resources you unlocked, and which video code and platform brought you. Unlocking never asks for your phone number; you give your WhatsApp number only if you send an application or a contact request. We use it to deliver the resources, to understand which videos are useful, and to contact you only if you agreed to it. Members are not added to our sales CRM unless you submit an application.

If you tick the consent box, Ting may email you about the resource and related Ting content. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. You can ask us to delete your member record and unlock history at any time; deleting your account removes them as well.

A first-party cookie named ting_s1_touch and matching browser storage remember, for up to 90 days, which video code and platform first and last brought you to the site (code, platform, landing page and time, with no personal identifier). While you wait for a sign-in code, your browser also stores the email you typed and a random check value for up to 2 hours, so the emailed link only signs you in automatically on the device that asked for it.

After you unlock a resource we email you its links from noreply@tingsaudi.com (signed links that expire after 14 days), so you can open the files even if a download fails inside an app. If you agreed to be contacted, we may send one follow-up email about that resource, and we email you when a resource you asked for goes live. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

A first-party cookie named ting_vid holds a random visitor number (no name, email or phone) for up to 180 days. We use it to measure our own pages and applications step by step (for example which page you viewed, which video code you entered and which application screen you reached), to show you the same version of our application form or quiz each time you visit while we test a few versions of them, and as one of the signals in how we prioritise applications. These records stay in Ting’s own database; we use no third-party analytics or advertising pixels for this.

When you apply, the Ting team reviews your answers. If you choose “Tell Tingy instead”, Ting’s AI assistant drafts the description of your process from the short answers you type; your name, phone number, email and company are not sent to the AI model, and phone numbers or emails typed into those answers are removed first. The AI runs on paid providers configured not to keep or train on your data. Our hosting, database, email and AI providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia.

Third-party providers

We rely on service providers such as Supabase for authentication, Paymob for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, email or CRM tools for lead handling, and AI/model providers where Ting AI is enabled.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Ting, subject to their own terms, security controls, and applicable law.

Retention

We retain account, purchase, payment confirmation, delivery, support, CRM, and AI Chat Agent records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and keep operational records.

Our contact and application form logs do not keep your network (IP) address. They keep only a one-way keyed hash of it, which we use to spot automated abuse, and we delete that hash after 90 days.

If you ask us to delete information, we will review the request and delete or anonymize data where we can, unless retention is needed for legal, payment, security, or business record reasons.

Your requests

You can contact Ting to ask about access, correction, deletion, or use of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including server-side payment handling and limited access to CRM and account records. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
