How Ting handles personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ting collects, uses, stores, and shares information from the website, marketplace, Google OAuth login, Paymob checkout, contact forms, CRM workflows, and Ting AI assistant.
Information we collect
We may collect name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, job title, company name, company size, location, request type, challenge details, purchase records, product access history, and messages sent through Ting AI or contact forms.
When you sign in with Google, Supabase may provide account identifiers and email information needed to authenticate you and connect purchases to your account.
Payments and checkout
Paymob processes payment information. Ting receives payment status, transaction identifiers, order identifiers, billing fields needed for payment confirmation, and purchase records. Ting does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, process marketplace purchases, provide digital delivery, respond to requests, route leads in the CRM, improve the website and Ting AI, detect abuse, maintain security, and keep business records.
We may use contact information to follow up about a request you submitted or a purchase issue. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses necessary cookies for Supabase authentication, checkout routing, session handling, and security. Ting AI may use browser storage to remember conversation state and avoid losing context.
If analytics, CRM tracking, or marketing tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies to understand website performance and lead source attribution.
Third-party providers
We rely on service providers such as Supabase for authentication, Paymob for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, email or CRM tools for lead handling, and AI/model providers where Ting AI is enabled.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Ting, subject to their own terms, security controls, and applicable law.
Retention
We retain account, purchase, payment confirmation, delivery, support, CRM, and chatbot records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and keep operational records.
If you ask us to delete information, we will review the request and delete or anonymize data where we can, unless retention is needed for legal, payment, security, or business record reasons.
Your requests
You can contact Ting to ask about access, correction, deletion, or use of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including server-side payment handling and limited access to CRM and account records. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
