How Ting handles marketplace payments.
This policy explains payment processing, confirmation, currency, taxes, and failed payment handling for Ting marketplace purchases.
Payment processor
Ting uses Paymob to process marketplace payments. Payment card and checkout credentials are entered on Paymob-hosted secure checkout or Paymob-supported payment components.
Ting does not ask users to send card details by email, chat, WhatsApp, or contact form.
Payment confirmation
A marketplace order is treated as paid only when Ting receives reliable payment confirmation through the backend payment flow and Paymob callback records.
A browser redirect alone is not the final source of truth for payment success.
Currency, taxes, and invoices
Prices may be displayed in SAR or another supported currency. If VAT, tax, or invoice requirements apply to Ting at the time of purchase, Ting will handle them according to its active business and tax setup.
Bank fees, card issuer fees, foreign exchange charges, or payment method fees charged by third parties are outside Ting's control.
Failed or pending payments
If payment fails, is declined, remains pending, or is not confirmed by Ting's backend, product access may not be unlocked. Users can retry checkout or contact Ting for support.
