Terms for using Ting and buying digital products.
These Terms govern access to Ting's website, marketplace, digital products, checkout, AI assistant, and contact channels. Separate written proposals or statements of work govern consulting, audit, validation, workshop, implementation, or advisory engagements.
Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply when you browse Ting's website, use Ting AI, submit a contact request, sign in through Google OAuth, or buy a digital product through the Ting marketplace.
If you accept a custom proposal from Ting, that proposal and its signed commercial terms control the paid service engagement. These website Terms remain applicable to website and marketplace use.
Accounts and sign in
Marketplace checkout may require signing in through Google OAuth using Supabase authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate.
Ting may restrict access if an account is used for fraud, resale abuse, payment abuse, security attacks, or activity that interferes with the website or marketplace.
Digital product purchases
Marketplace products are digital files, templates, prompts, worksheets, playbooks, and related materials. After a successful Paymob payment, the purchased folder or ZIP download is made available through the marketplace account experience.
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product internally for your own business or team. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload as a competing product, or claim ownership of Ting's product materials.
Payments
Payments are processed through Paymob. Ting does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment success is confirmed through backend payment confirmation and Paymob callbacks.
Prices may be shown in SAR or another supported currency. Any applicable taxes, fees, or invoices are handled according to Ting's payment and tax setup at the time of purchase.
No refund for marketplace digital products
All marketplace digital product purchases are final once payment succeeds. Because the product is digital and access is provided after purchase, Ting does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for marketplace digital products.
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased file, Ting will work to restore access, re-enable the download, or provide another reasonable delivery method.
AI assistant and website content
Ting AI and website content are provided for general operational guidance, routing, and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice.
You should not submit secrets, passwords, payment card details, or confidential third-party data into the chatbot or contact forms unless a separate written agreement covers that disclosure.
Service discussions and proposals
Submitting a form, chatbot message, or marketplace inquiry does not create an obligation for Ting to accept work or deliver services. Ting may review the request and respond if it fits Ting's scope.
Audit, validation, workshop, implementation, advisory, and other B2B services are governed by separate written proposal terms agreed before paid work begins.
Limits of responsibility
Ting works to keep the website and marketplace available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party services, payment providers, hosting providers, or events outside Ting's control.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Ting is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made from general website or AI assistant output.
Changes to these terms
Ting may update these Terms as the website, marketplace, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The effective date will show when the current version applies.
