Refund Policy

Marketplace digital product purchases are final.

This policy explains Ting's refund position for digital products purchased through the marketplace.

No refunds for digital products

Ting does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products purchased through the marketplace after payment succeeds.

This applies to templates, prompt packs, playbooks, worksheets, ZIP folders, and any other downloadable or account-accessible digital product.

Technical access issues

If a successful purchase does not unlock access, or if the ZIP download is unavailable because of a technical issue, contact Ting with the purchase email and product name.

Ting may restore account access, re-enable the download, resend the product, or provide another reasonable delivery method. A technical access fix is not a refund.

Duplicate or failed charges

If Paymob or your bank shows a duplicate charge or a charged transaction that Ting did not confirm as successful, Ting will review the transaction records and payment callbacks.

Where a confirmed duplicate payment exists, Ting may coordinate correction through Paymob or the relevant payment channel.
