AI Solution BlueprintBefore you build,
know exactly what.

The specification we build from: workflow, architecture, data sources, integrations, permissions, and acceptance criteria written as tests. It ends in a defined implementation quote.

Commission a Blueprint

Starts with a one-hour working session.

An open AI Solution Blueprint, bound in emerald, showing its contents page: business objectives, users and journeys, behavior and exceptions, architecture and models, data and integrations, permissions and security, and acceptance, scope and quote — all seven specified and stamped implementation-ready (illustrative example).

How a Blueprint runs

  1. 01

    One-hour working session

Every Blueprint starts here, with your idea.

  2. 02

    A proven technical solution

We take your idea from the session to a full Blueprint, specified section by section.

  3. 03

    A defined implementation quote

We build it for you, or you take it to another team.

From opportunity to plan

From intent
to specification.

We take one business request and turn every phrase into a line an engineer can build and a test can check.

Group finance's request
“When a supplier invoice arrives, match it to the purchase order, and let AP approve before it posts.”

From Blueprint to implementation

Blueprint first.
Then, if you choose,
we build it.

Start here, with or without an Audit. We only build from a Blueprint, and you decide whether we do.

  1. 01

    Paid Blueprint

A complete, implementation-ready specification with a defined quote.

  2. 02

    Your decision

Review the Blueprint and decide whether to proceed.

  3. 03

    Optional Ting implementation

If you proceed, we build the solution as the Blueprint defines it and test it against its acceptance criteria.

Section 7 of the Blueprint lies beside the live system. Its three acceptance tests lift off the page one by one and run in the system: invoice matched to its purchase order and receipt, exceptions routed to the AP reviewer, no ERP posting without approval. Each one turns Passed (illustrative example).
